Am I going to be tied into a contract?
Contracts are on a month to month basis.
We offer live demo account options, where you can receive and make test calls using a demo number. Only when you are satisfied, we will transfer your existing numbers on our service.
How do I sign up?
How much is unlimited?
You get unlimited phone lines, known as Call Paths. You choose the plan that best suits your call pattern. Your phone bill will only go up when you hire new employees or start a Call Center.
Can I upgrade at a later date?
You can start with the smallest plan and upgrade during the month. You may also down grade the services during the month.
How do I cancel my agreement?
You give us 30 day notice of cancellation and pay any outstanding balances.
Do I get a free t-shirt?
Upon completion of your phone system installation we will provide you a Micro-Trends Polo shirt.
